Your funder's customer service number
Your funder's customer service and maintenance numbers are on your agreement and in your welcome pack. If you cannot find them, call us and we will give you the right number for your agreement.
If you break down
Most leased vehicles come with roadside assistance from the manufacturer or the funder. The number is in your welcome pack, in the vehicle handbook and often on a windscreen sticker or the manufacturer's app. If you are not sure who provides your cover, call us.
If you are in danger, get yourself and your passengers to a safe place first and call 999 in an emergency.
