Range Rover

If you have built the car on the manufacturer's configurator, or agreed a specification at a showroom, send us that build. Where we can supply that car, we quote on that exact specification in writing. If we cannot, we say so and show the closest match.

Tax and road costs across the agreement
For cars registered from 1 April 2017, the standard annual VED payment after the first year is £200 in 2026/27, before any supplement. First-year tax depends on emissions; the zero-emission first-year rate is £10. Older registration rules can differ. Check what your agreement includes and who pays increases.
The Expensive Car Supplement is £440 a year in 2026/27 for five years from the second licence. It applies above a published list price of £40,000 for petrol, diesel and hybrid cars, or £50,000 for qualifying zero-emission cars registered from 1 April 2025. Relevant options count; a discount or used value does not set the threshold. Check the registration date and current VED rules.
The government plans eVED from April 2028 alongside VED: 3p per mile for electric cars and 1.5p for plug-in hybrid cars. It is not a current charge; legislation and implementation remain to be completed. The published starting rates are not a promise of later rates. Ask how your funder would handle the charge if the agreement crosses its introduction. See the government’s consultation response.
For a zero-emission company car available for private use, the published BiK percentages are 4% in 2026/27, 5% in 2027/28, 7% in 2028/29 and 9% in 2029/30. The percentage is applied to the taxable car value; the driver’s tax then depends on their tax rate and circumstances. Petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid cars have different bands. Can I lease a prestige car through my limited company?
Yes. Business contract hire is a route for prestige vehicles and monthly rentals exclude VAT. Electric models are particularly popular with company drivers because Benefit-in-Kind rates for electric cars are far lower than petrol or diesel equivalents. We will set out the position for the exact car you choose.
Is personal leasing available on prestige cars?
Often, yes. Personal contract hire is available on many prestige models depending on the funder and the vehicle, and personal prices include VAT. Tell us how the car will be used and we will confirm which routes apply.
Can you source a specification that is not in stock?
Usually. Factory orders open up the full options list, and we can also search dealer and funder stock for close matches. Build times vary significantly by marque and model, so we confirm realistic timing before you commit to anything.
How quickly can a prestige lease car arrive?
Delivery timescales depend on whether you choose an in-stock car or a factory order, and vary by marque, model and specification. Your IVF specialist checks the genuine current position across the funder panel and confirms the expected delivery date before you commit, and keeps you updated from order to handover.
Can I include maintenance and tyres in a prestige lease?
Frequently, yes. A maintenance package covering servicing and often tyres can be added on many vehicles, priced separately so you can compare maintained and non-maintained rentals side by side. Whether it is worthwhile depends on the car and your mileage - we will show you both.
What happens when a prestige contract hire agreement ends?
The car goes back to the funder. Check the agreed mileage and condition standard before collection, as excess mileage and damage charges can apply. Contract hire does not give you a purchase option, so tell us at the outset if keeping the car is important.
How do options affect company-car tax and road tax?
Options can change the car's taxable list price and whether the Expensive Car Supplement applies. Company-car tax also depends on the exact powertrain and certified emissions. Ask for the supplied specification and tax figures before ordering, then check your own position with your accountant.
What should I include in a prestige leasing enquiry?
Tell us the marque and model, essential options, expected mileage, business or personal use and preferred timing. If there is a current agreement to replace, include its end date. That lets the specialist compare realistic specifications and availability before preparing written options.
