Which GWM should you lease?
Choose ORA 03 for an electric hatchback with dependable charging, or Haval Jolion Pro for a full-hybrid SUV that refuels with petrol. The useful comparison is the cabin and energy routine you need, rather than treating Haval as a higher ORA grade.

ORA 03: battery and grade should stay together
Choose ORA 03 for electric daily use when its five-seat cabin and compact hatchback layout fit. GWM’s UK model information quotes 228 litres of boot space with the rear seats up, or 858 litres folded. Use the smaller figure when passengers and bags travel together.
Select Pure, Pro or GT after settling the journeys: IVF labels Pure 48 kWh and Pro/GT 63 kWh. Range and charging figures need the actual UK battery, wheels and model year; a larger battery will not enlarge that rear boot.
Haval Jolion Pro: full hybrid, without a plug-in routine
Choose Haval Jolion Pro when you want an automatic full-hybrid SUV without plugging in. GWM’s current UK brochure gives it a 4,470 mm body and 139 kW combined system output. The listed Lux, Premium and Ultra grades change equipment within that petrol-hybrid brief.
Start with the parking footprint and rear access, then choose the parking and seat equipment you will use. The brochure’s combined system output is not the electric motor’s separate rating, and this full hybrid has an emissions-based company-car assessment.
ORA 03 or Haval: passengers, luggage and servicing change the choice
Compare ORA 03 Pure with Haval Jolion Pro Premium if you want to see what the body and fuel change actually buys. ORA Pure has 18-inch wheels, while the current Haval Premium specification uses 17-inch wheels, one inch smaller despite the SUV body. Try both on your usual road surfaces and compare tyre provision in maintenance, rather than choosing by exterior size alone.
For five people with bags, give ORA’s 228-litre seats-up boot a proper load test before moving between its battery grades. The wheel comparison is specific to those two UK grades; Haval’s higher equipment versions use a different wheel specification. ORA 03 and Haval are two different GWM choices
Choose the current GWM route for an ORA enquiry, with Pure, Pro or GT written into the brief. That avoids treating the older ORA brand route as another source of the same car. Haval remains a separate hybrid-SUV choice.
Plan ORA servicing around mileage as well as time: the published normal interval is 18,000 miles or 24 months, whichever comes first. At 18,000 miles a year, that is roughly one year; the supplied vehicle’s schedule and severe-use provisions govern the actual maintenance.

Warranty, maintenance and the full lease term
GWM’s UK ORA documentation and Haval Jolion Pro page publish five-year, unlimited-mileage vehicle warranty headlines. ORA separately has eight-year or 100,000-mile traction-battery cover, so the battery and whole-car periods are different.
Use the supplied model’s policy for its start date, eligibility, component exclusions and battery conditions; ORA’s battery terms do not describe Haval’s hybrid system. Itemise servicing, tyres and roadside assistance in any maintenance comparison, with return obligations considered separately.
GWM company-car tax: use the exact vehicle
These ORA electric and Haval full-hybrid examples use different tax classifications and different bodies. They are personal-tax illustrations, not equivalent-car savings or rental comparisons.

The published tax-year path for GWM
The illustrated bands are Zero-emission electric: 4% in 2026/27; Petrol/hybrid, 130–134 g/km: 32% in 2026/27. Confirm P11D, certified CO2/range and transitional treatment with your accountant. Read the general company-car BiK rules. ORA 03 uses the zero-emission row; Haval Jolion Pro eHEV is a petrol full hybrid with an emissions-based assessment and does not take the electric-car percentage.

From GWM shortlist to handover
- Choose ORA 03 if you can charge, or assess Haval Jolion Pro as the non-plug-in SUV.
- Compare initial and monthly rentals, term, mileage, optional maintenance, fees and early-termination conditions on the same basis.
- Establish supply under the current GWM route and identify the ORA battery or Haval grade in the offer.
- Agree return standards and charges for excess mileage, damage beyond fair wear and tear or missing equipment, with insurance and fuel or electricity budgeted separately.

Is GWM ORA 03 fully electric?
Yes. The ORA 03 entries are battery-electric, with 48kWh or 63kWh labels depending on grade. Confirm the exact UK specification before using range or charging figures.
Does Haval Jolion Pro need plugging in?
The 1.5 eHEV Haval Jolion Pro entries are full hybrids, not plug-in hybrids. They do not use the external charging routine of ORA 03.
Which ORA 03 grades are listed?
The entries are Pure with a 48kWh label and Pro or GT with 63kWh labels. All show 126kW. Model year, equipment and supply still need confirmation.
Does Haval qualify for the electric-car BiK rate?
No. The listed full-hybrid Haval entries have an emissions-based assessment. An electric motor does not make the car a zero-emission BEV or establish a plug-in tax band.
Is ORA a separate set of available cars from GWM?
No. ORA 03 is part of the GWM passenger-car range shown here. An older ORA-labelled page does not establish extra stock. Use the current ORA 03 model listing and compare the exact battery, grade and agreement; Haval Jolion Pro is a different, full-hybrid SUV choice.
Is the GWM warranty unlimited in every respect?
No. The five-year vehicle headline is unlimited-mileage under its applicable terms, but exclusions and component provisions remain. ORA battery cover has a separate eight-year or 100,000-mile limit.
Can I apply GWM pick-up terms to these cars?
No. Passenger cars, commercial vehicles and pick-ups can have different use, warranty and tax rules. This comparison covers the ORA 03 and Haval Jolion Pro passenger-car routes.
Is maintenance included in a GWM lease?
Maintenance is optional: check that the quotation itemises servicing, tyres and exclusions for your chosen GWM. Warranty cover for defects is separate from routine maintenance, insurance, energy and return charges.
Does an ORA 03 always need servicing only every two years?
No. GWM’s ORA 03 booklet gives a normal interval of 18,000 miles or 24 months, whichever comes first, with separate severe-use provisions. At 18,000 miles a year the mileage point arrives after about a year. Confirm the schedule and use category for the supplied UK vehicle, and compare any maintenance package against that actual requirement.
